Students at the Silver level of the UNCG Leadership Challenge receive one-on-one support from a Leadership Development Coach who helps students learn to recognize their potential as leaders and their responsibility to be agents of positive social change in their communities.

Because of the current Covid-19 situation, students and coaches were not able to attend the Silver Expo and Medallion Ceremony to share Silver students' goals, growth, community engagement, personal motivation, and future goals with UNCG staff, faculty, students, family, or friends.

This website was created to showcase the passion, commitment, and spirit of the Spartans who have completed the Silver Challenge this spring through the Expo Slides they have created to showcase their leadership journies as well as to acknowledge the Leadership Development Coaches who guided them through much of this experience.

In the Office of Leadership and Civic Engagement, we recognize that it takes a village, and we wish to thank all of our coaches who have volunteered their time to work with our students and who make the Silver Challenge program possible.
